So last weekend we went up to Kallo and we couldn’t get into our street 😯 but everything looked great and levelled and the main streets road was done, so we headed down to see Deb at the Kallo land sales office and she told us that Kallo is ready to title yayyy. Although they won’t be putting through the titles until next year as the office will be shut down over Christmas so year we will definitely be building we are so excited.

Yes we have had to hound them a little, but they still have to get build approval, which should happen next week, then we should be ready. they are never to forth coming until its happening now! we must keep each other updated on our progress, but I assume your build time is shorter than ours. Jo

Definitely, it will be nice to compare the progress. I think so ours is a single story but i guess it also depends on if there are any set backs during the build.

I just found this website. I bought in Kallo too and can’t wait to get started. It’s taking a long time. Last week I heard the titles will be ready end Feb and settlement in March. Do you guys have any fresh news?

Hi Chris, congrats on your build. We are the same titles ready end of Feb settle in March. As far as we know everything is on schedule. What stage are you in? We are in stage 2. 😊

Hi I am in Stage 1B. I had a mix of different info. Title Feb and March settle was from my conveyancor; the other girl at the land sales office said all paperworks were submitted and titles were 1st week of Feb; I spoke to someone at National Pacific and they were unsure and they’ll know more this week. My patience is running out.
I think Stockland may have had something to do with all this.

Yes the lady at the land sales office also told us that they have been submitted. I hope all goes well for you it looks like if you haven’t got your title yet ours might be pushed back as well, but i think we are much further ahead than stocklands so i don’t think they will be delaying us. Our builder has also told us that we are titeling end of Feb and they have benn on us about our loan. 😊 i will let you know if i hear anything else.

Hi Brooke, congrats on your new adventure. We are stage 2 and have been notified that we are titling within the next 14 days, settlement is another 14 days after that and then building i think commences within 6 weeks. We had been pushed back a couple times. I hope all goes well for you to title in June.
